i think, firstly we should make the customer feel special. like this offer is not for every one, but only if u are selected in small contest only then u will be eligible for this offer.
like only if they have proper documentation which we require, and we can ask for common documents/questions which almost everyone has.
and we can also explain about the extra benefits which they would get in this offer.
and
we shall explain the customers the importance of the societal needs.
like a family which is happy with two wheeler, may not need a 4 wheeler, car,
but still
if they gets a best offer / discount, definately they will think and would go for purchasing,
as everyone likes to improve their standard of living.
then
why should they leave this offer,
when opportunity knocks their door!!
and
if still customer dont agree
then
we shall politely say thank you
and we should close the conversation by saying -
