Resistance depends on the size of the conductor and
length/phase..More the horse power less the resistance.To
calculate, you need to the length of wire per phase , the
sectional area and the resistivity of the conductor material.

first of for we will check the motor current at the name
plate and then provide the constant dc voltage gradually to
phase winding of motor up to rated phase current and
measure the voltage & current both with very carefully.then
calculate it. as r=v/i it will be the standard resistance of
motor winding.
