The finance manager is a person,whose responsibility is to
gave more importance to the wealth maximization than
profit maximization.because concentrating in profit is a
short term process,while wealth maximization is a long term
process.

Financial manager's are responsible for viwe the complete
monetary transaction related with compay. He should have
command over the all areas of finance ie,
Accounting,Auding,Taxation & MIS provide to top management
for the decision & policy makeing.
