electrical and eletronic choke both regulate the current
flow to the lamp....whereas starter is not required in case
of electronic one. it saves energy as the ac period of
current is shorter than relaxation time required to
deionize the mercury atoms. in electrical choke ions will
have to be reionized ,,but in electronic they dont allow it
to settle down and hence requires less energy

how to select electrical equipment such as fuse,dg,transformer,motor,msb,wire,cable as per the connecting load..please mention any books to design,take licence
