what is its function? where this using?
Answer / ankamsreekar
Transistor is 3 terminal 3 layer semi conductor device used
for amplification and switching applications.
Thermistor is a device in which the resistance is varies
with the temperature variation. they are used to protect the
electrical machines / windings by sensing temperature. these
are made up of metal oxides. they are non linear in nature.
Thyristor is 3 terminal 4 layer semi conductor device used
for switching applications.
