2)after we have to check cap,refill, and body are there are not
3)we have to check whether it is transparent body or non
transparant body
4)and finally ink refill or gel refill is available to
suitable for that pen

2)if its ball pen then we need to check the refile is there
or not
3) if its refile is there we need to check for the Ink in
the refile
4) if ink is there in the refile then we need to check the
Point of the refile

6) if everything is fine then we can wirte with that pen
