What is the purpose of Rotor earth fault relay and How to
test the Rotor earth fault relay in generators and What is
the procedure?.

1.one earth fault will not affect the generator more. but at
the same time if another earth fault happened it's dangerous.
2.We can test this relay by using Resistance Pot.
3.Apply the Aux supply and connect the resistance pot across
the terminals where we taken reference from the generator.
