Physically You need 3 phase energy meter and 3 ct‘s to measure the units on hourly～monthly basis
By formula calculation is simple
power factor=kw/kva
KW=√3VIcosØ

which transfofrmer oil break down voltage strength get will be more if oil sample taken from bottom of tank or oil sample taken from top of the transfomer tank.
