SF6 is most reliable, fit and forget. VCB is only available up to 33 kV.
SF6 breakers are maintenance prone and chance of gas leak is more. But SF6 is available from 11 kV to 400 + kV

For 33 KV, generally SF6 breakers are used.

Use SF6 breaker as it is more reliable & maintenance free.
But be sure that the SF6 breaker is procured from a reputed
manufacturer elso once SF6 gas leakage problem occurs, it
will require to fill gas frequently.

VCB is better than than the SF6, because , VCB is compact
in size and required less maintance.
