because KHP contains -COOH and -COOK groups in its structure,
so when we it standarize whith PCA -COOK will react and
when it standarize with NaOH, COOH group will react

accually PHP nature is acidic(pH:4.5)..so we use for
standerdization of NaOH.but in HClO4,we standedize in
presence of Acetic acid..Acetic acid & PHP combined to form
conjugate base.that conjugate base react with HCLO4
solution..in HCLO4 standerdization
