there are many type of sensor used depend on company manufacturing ,but the working principle are, hall effect,eddy current and inductive transducer ,now a days eddy current is most commonly used

Vibration measuring philosophy may depend on position or speed measurement.
may be measured by sensor use npn transistor and eddy current produced from movable part affect it.
Some sensor is as bellows when the movable part touch it it give signal.

I want to measure level under vaccum by using DP Tx and vaccum vary between -500 to -670 mmHg and process fluid is accetic anhydride if consider process fluid density 1 kg/cm2. how to calibrate Tx ? consider level is 0 to 100 Cm.

If a control valve is hunting means means if we are giving 50% to the cv, the cv will open at 51% then slowly slwoly it will reaches 49% , then it will reaches again 50%, this type of action occured frequntly.. so what to do for solve this problem. The possible cause is in volume booster or positioner's relay.. positioner is double acting .. and make siemens..sipart.The cv is double acting and mounted for anti surge operation, it having 4 nos. volume booster, one sov, one positioner, etc..?
