on 12 august 2010 for johnson & wales universityand my
college reporting date is 30 august 2010. now again i am
goin to apply for student visa bt now with new york
institute of technology.is this question be raised and if
yes, then wat should be the answer. plz reply me
satisfactory answer ans as soon as possible because my
interview is on 24 august 2010.

WELL I READ YOUR QUERY BUT I WAS WONDERing IF YOU FORGOT
TO MENTION THAT YOUR FIRST VISA APPLICATION IS REJECTED OR
THEY GRANTED YOU A VISA. ANYWAYS IF THEY HAVE REJECTED YOUR
VISA THEN ITS OKAY WITH THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN
APPLYING FOR NY INSTITUTE VISA IS BECAUSE THE 1:20 BY NY
INSTITUTE WAS SENT TO YOU LATE AND SO YOU HAD GIVEN UP HOPE
ON GETTING ADMISSION IN THAT INSTITUTE BUT WHEN YOU APPLIED
FOR JOHNSON AND WALES UNIVERSITY IN JUST NEXT FEW DAYS
LATER YOU GOT YOUR I 20 FROM NY INSTITUTE AND EARLIER YOU
DIDN'T HAVE A OPTION TO CHOSE BUT NOW YOU DO HAVE THE

Hey I am willing to Aviator College for Professional Pilot training in which I will get training for commercial pilot also certified flight instructor ratings. This is an F1 visa program. Hi, my F1 visa interview is on this july24 At Mumbai consulate.....But i have a big confusion with my case. hi sir.i have my visa interview on 7 jan 2011..i have only one i-20 waiting for other admits..and i have not taken gre...and i have taken ielts and got 5.5..and i have good academic background ssc-76% inter-89% btech-71%(without backlogs)....please tell i will get visa or not...and also what i should answer if visa consulor asks why you have not taken gre....please help me...reply soon....

I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? Hi..!! am Raj from hyd. i got an i20 from NPU fremont,CA.with out GRE/TOEFL.tell me in what way i may convince Visa Officer.i have the interview in this month. is it risky ?
I am admitted in University of Colorado, Boulder for the telecommunications program along with some scholarship. My GRE is 1410 and TOEFL is 108 and a aggregate of 65% in engineering. I have reecived 4 other admits and only one reject(Had applied only to 6 univs.) I have to elder sisters , both are in the US., one is Green card holder and other is on H1B status. I am planning to take my interview date next month . I wanted to know what are my chances of Visa with this background? And if Rejected within how much time can I re-apply for the Visa??
