Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant

i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?

Hey I am willing to Aviator College for Professional Pilot training in which I will get training for commercial pilot also certified flight instructor ratings. This is an F1 visa program. I applied for F1 visa last week but my visa was refused stating incorrect visa category. Can anyone help me out with this situation. Please let me know what should I do. I will thankful to you.

i want to go to US for masters, and my college requirement was IELTS NOT TOEFL..and my ielts scores are too low only 5 band and requirement is 6 or 6.5 so tell me what i do..can i saw the VISA OFFICERS or not??

Hi guys I had applied for US student visa and i had stayed in uk for 4 years and 10 months. I came back from uk on 27th november and had applied for US F-1 visa for july intake, so my question is I got 3 diff. degrees in mgt. and IT so what I will answer in interview if interviewer will ask me for my london education. Hi..I have finished my 12th standard in India..I am going to do my U.G Engineering in Iowa State University , USA I have my I20 form i have good Toefl, SAT scores as asked by that university.. my Visa interview is on 19th.. my question is my Brother is doing his 2nd year masters {mba} in the same university..Should i tell about him or what to tell when the interviewer asks to me..Will i get any trouble if i say my brother is also studying there??? please friends i am waiting for your reply
