myself pooja and i hve applied for f1 student visa for US
on 12 august 2010 for johnson & wales universityand my
college reporting date is 30 august 2010. now again i am
goin to apply for student visa bt now with new york
institute of technology.is this question be raised and if
yes, then wat should be the answer. plz reply me
satisfactory answer ans as soon as possible because my
interview is on 24 august 2010.

WELL I READ YOUR QUERY BUT I WAS WONDERing IF YOU FORGOT
TO MENTION THAT YOUR FIRST VISA APPLICATION IS REJECTED OR
THEY GRANTED YOU A VISA. ANYWAYS IF THEY HAVE REJECTED YOUR
VISA THEN ITS OKAY WITH THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN
APPLYING FOR NY INSTITUTE VISA IS BECAUSE THE 1:20 BY NY
INSTITUTE WAS SENT TO YOU LATE AND SO YOU HAD GIVEN UP HOPE
ON GETTING ADMISSION IN THAT INSTITUTE BUT WHEN YOU APPLIED
FOR JOHNSON AND WALES UNIVERSITY IN JUST NEXT FEW DAYS

hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax). So will it be a problem n getting a visa if i still show him as my sponsor ?? I have the funds in his account to cover the 2yrs plus a 15 Lakh education loan to support my studies. Thank you

Hello, i am Suraj. I got rejected on my ineterview on december 8th and have again taken the date for 17th.During my interview a guy quarreled with the interview taking person and then the same girl took my interview. My all documents are upto date bank balance is enough,self property is good,watevr she asked i told her fluently but also she rejected telling me that ma income source is not enough. I dont understand why i got rejected. The friends who had taken the interveiw along with me got selected though their family background is more poor than mine. i am afraid i will get rejected again. Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain.
