Hi tunisian you have to prove that you will come back after your study.To prove that you say that I will come back to my country bcoz there are so many top companies which give me opportunity to work on my field(whatever your field & major subject)and my family have strong economical background so i dont need to stay there for business purpose.My ambition and main purpose to go us is only for study.(get information about your field related company,you must have all information about your desired company like is growth,demand,salary package etc.)Ok

hi all. i got admission in trivaley univ ,i had written ielts ,and i am appearing to interview on 21st without gre,already the classes had been started from sep 7th ,but i got extension upto oct6th,how can i overcome tthese to get visa ,,kindlt suggest some answers

Hi , I have finished by B.E in 2006 ,after that i have been working in Infosys from 2006 till date.My company has a policy where i can avail a 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs of leave. Can i tell this reason to the visa interviewer when he asks for the reason for me to come back home ..India ?? I have applied for the university last year but differed the application due to personel reasons.. in case the visa interview asks me can i tell me that " as i was in middle of some project i couldnt take up the course last year .." HELP my visa interview was on 21st dec...n i got denied reason being that my siblings are there. They are legal permanent residents who have settled there...the visa officer deined me the visa saying that i wont come back as my siblings also went on F-1 visa. hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much
