This question is a little vague.Hence, there are different
answers. No attempt is done to determine the correct
answer.I am furnishing a few extracts from Rule :2(av) of
IE Rules 1956 regarding the voltages for the benefit of
readers.Voltage means the difference of electrical
potential measured in volts between any two conductors or
between any part of either conductor and the earth as
measured by a suitable voltmeter and is said to
be 'low 'where the voltage does not exceed 250
V ,'medium 'where voltage does not exceed 650 V,'high'
where voltage does not exceed 33000 V, extra high where the
voltage exceeds 33000 V -All under normal conditions
subject to variations allowed by rules , which are 6%,6%,
+6 %& -9%, +10% & -12.5 % respectively.
