give me method of calculating co relation of coefficient for HPLC,SOR & ANY OTHER..

Answer / s dinesh

Correlation means linearity or we can say the relative variation in the results .
So the calculation is done by taking two parameters ,
1. Conc. 2.Observed result( i.e. Peak area in hplc, optical rotation in Polarimeter).
e.g. three point correlation :
S.no. Conc.( % ) Observation
1. 10 50
2. 20 100
2. 30 150

Correlation = 1.0
