THESE POSTS EXIST IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS IN FAMOUS CENTRAL
SECRETARIAT BLOCK IN DELHI BUT I AM NOT 100% SURE.

There are about seventeen ministries in CSS an assistant may be posted in any of one ministry. CSS main work consist of smooth working these ministries which is under the cabinet ministers.
