here we multiplied with 3 we get the answer like
3(2x-y)=3(4)
6x-3y=12
so, answer is 12

6x-3y=?.............(2)
from equ (1)
we can write 2x-4=y
sub above Y value in equ (2)..
then we get 12 is the ans for ? mark.
so ans is 12.
