presipitator. this is emission control equipment used in
boilers/furnaces etc.

To remove hazardous gases from entering into atmosphere.

Gases mainly removed:
SO2
Why it should be removed:
To avoid polluting atmosphere as it causes acid rain (H2SO4,
) when combines with moisture.
