for distribution Transformers and in MVA and Kv class
rating for Power Transformers.

Generally Transformers are specifing with KVA rating.

Off Load Tap changer generator Step-up Transformer, My question is, is safe to operate the tap say I want to change the tap position from 3 to 4, there is not load on the transformer but a 22000v 0r 1100 v is present on the secondary side from the common Bus *22000V/415 v
