difference is the modulation scheme used, 8 PSK that
provides Spectral Efficiency of 3 bit/s/Hz. The modulation
used in GPRS is the same used in GSM, the GSMK that provides
Spectral Efficiency of 1 bit/s/Hz.

233Kbps(67Khz X 4) max. That's y in GSM we can use the GPRS
also.
