Enhanced GPRS are already specified. The more important
difference is the modulation scheme used, 8 PSK that
provides Spectral Efficiency of 3 bit/s/Hz. The modulation
used in GPRS is the same used in GSM, the GSMK that provides
Spectral Efficiency of 1 bit/s/Hz.
