In other end we have the resistor for current limiting

in the tester rated 230v,and suppose resistance of tester in
megaohms,so the current will be less than 5 mA,it create no
hazard to human body,sowe don't get shock...

Rating of voltage is 230V only. The current is low enough not to hurt us and just enough to light up the bulb. But, the same tester can't be used to check higher voltages. We use only the voltmeters and other devices to check supply in higher voltages. If we use tester, we get shock at those high voltages.

Since our body resistance is very high we do not expeince a

6.6 KV /.415KV Step down trf. we can get 6.6 KV from primary by applying .415 KV secondary side by same TRF.
