Definately Yes. We shall require all the detailed drawings
& specifications of construction first of all. Now we shall
arrange the activities of construction in a bar chart
manner with overlapping activities. We will have to asses
the magnitude of the most time consuming activities and
thus allocate max resources to these. By continious mix &
match combinations of time & resources, we can certailly
work upon a schedule which is required subject to the
conditions that the level of resources as required in the
planning part are actually available and there is no
ambiguity in overall action plan.
