why we remove capacitor connection in 3 ph Induction Motor
while taking noload test.

Actually the question should be why is the capacitor bank
connection to be removed from the motor before taking the
no load test. This has nothing to do with capacitor of
motor. 3Ph induction motors dont have capacitors to
start. These are only used for single phase motors.
The answer is that capacitor bank is provided on any
Inductive load due to power factor dipping to below0.8 and
sometimes even to 0.5. To improve the power factor we have
to connect the capacitor banks depending on the size of
motor.
But if motor is not run on load then it is not necessary to
connect the capacitor. Hence no load tests can be done
without having to connect the capacitor bank to the motor.
the other reason is that there is danger of over voltage
due to capcitor being connected then PF will be greater
than 1 which could damage the motor windings. I have faced
these motor burning problems due to this reason.

hmm 3 phase inductin motor needs a capacitor; to improve
power factor or if u want to start 3 phase induction motor
from 2 phase
or noload test main capacitor kya kare gaa

3 ph induction motor doesn't require any capacitor.in 1 ph induction motor require capacitor to divide a phase into two (as per double revolving field theory)so there is no need of capacitor
