once the breaker is closed the anti pumping relay prevent flow of current through the closing coil. this will increase the life of the coil and avoid false operation.

Actually anti-pumping relay is designated by K-94.and it
means that the electrical contacts of that are used to close
the dc line to make the closing of circuit breaker not
possible after one closing i.e. prevents sucessive closing
of circuit breaker.the contacts of it may be used to
indicate the closing of breaker

Anti-pumping relay is usually used for ACB operation. Once the supply is given to the closing coil of ACB, the closing coil operates and gives pulse input to the relay. so the relay activates and maintains the ACB in closed position. Continuous supply to the closing coil damages it.
Generally a contactor or auxiliary relay is used as an anti-pumping relay

in three 3.5 core aluminium ug cable. one cable is used for one phase by shrting R,Y and B wires and other 2 cables used for Y and b phases. balace 3 neutral wires are made common and connected to load. suddenly neutral current was more than line current what is the reason behind this?
