MS means Mild steel. that means plain rod . mainly created
by CST ( cold tiwsted)
TMT means Thermo mechanically treated. this method used by
now a days.

MS(Mild Steel) bars have low tensile strength bars, and are generally preferred for lighter loads, whereas TMT (Thermo Mechanically Treated ) bars have high tensile strength and are preferred for important structures with heavy loads
