The entrance examinattion for post graduate diploma in culinary afts will have written test,personal interview and trade test where you have to do a three course menu.This is the only course in India where the aspirants are tested for praxtical skills.

levels of both thoeritical and practical skill
sets.Presentation and menu planning are crucial as the
trade tests will be evaluated by some of the best chefs of
