Neutral displacement relays are used for capacitor banks,
theses realays protect system against imblancing of
capacitor bakns. Application of these relays are wye
connected ungrounded banks. relay detemines the gravity of
imbalance and isolate the bank in case of faulty capacitor
of any phase.

In generation,transmission and distribution voltage frequency is either 50HZ or 60 HZ;why are only these frequencies?
