1. FLC of Secondary=2092A
2.Phase to Phase Voltage for Secondary=6.9/1.732=3.98Kv
3.NGR =3980/2092=V/I=1.90Ohms for 30sec
It is only for power transformer.

why would amp draw on neutral wire be as much as amp draw on the hot leg.
