Fuse and Breaker both are used for protection against short ckt current. Fuse is used for low voltage protection say homes, shops, hospitals, schools etc. While ckt breaker is used for mostly high voltage side say factories, substations, power grid, whole buildings etc.
If we use ckt breaker instead of fuse it is not economical, maintenance & operating is not easy also rating. Fuse is easy to operate in low voltage side.

fuse protection is best, but we are not able to doing
maintanace on it we have to replace it when the fault
occers.
but in the breeaker we can do maintanace with replacing his
maintanace part.

what is the safty of poly phase tranformer?
why two contacts(in series) are using in closing circuit
we have one ups its neutral is not earthed.its one distribution MCB has a earth fault.but we can not put off any MCB.so how to find out that in which circuit is earthed without isolating the breaker.
Do u know any one? how to find out in motor rated amps? formula?
