bpo is business prossess outsoursing.there r two type
1.inbound-there customer call us and we will give him
solution about there querys.
2.outbound- where we call the customer and inform them abt
our new product.

THE QUERRYS. AND IN THE CASE OF OUTBOND PROCESS THE
EMPLOYEE DOING CALL FOR THE SALING COMPANYS PRODUCT.
WHEN I PASSING MY GRADUATION I TAKE EXPERIENCE OF BPO AND
CALL CENTRES FOR THE GROWN MY CAREER. AND I JOIN A BRIGHT
