i'ave done bca in 2009 from m j p rohilkhand university,
bly.my hobbies are listening music nd surfing on net.
BPO standa for bussiness processing outsourceing.in bpo,
two process are there
inbound nd outbound process.
where we take calls, called inbound nd where we make
calls ,called outbound process. telemarketing comes in
outbound process bcoz where we sell anything.
i done some prepration for job. like speaking,

I have BCA degree but it correspondence study, during my study time I am in a company so I have 3 years experience and also mention in my resume that I have done my degree crom correspondence, they send me a mail to attend the interview.
