Shall i use a same hplc column for two different products.?..

Answer / k.g.gupta

Check the mobile phase Ph. If it is same we can use the
column for two different products with proper washing . If
U are switching the column from one ph(acidic) to another Ph
(basic) , the column life will be reduce. If any ion
pairing reagent is adding to the mobile phase, dedicate the
column to same product.
