why capacitor bank always connected in delta, why not in
star to a system?

Answer / biswajit goswami
star connected capacitor bank draw less current than delta connection, when we connect the capacitor bank in star connection in 3 phase circuit it reduce less reactive current than connected in delta ,so delta connected capacitor bank is more effective,so we connect capacitor bank in delta connection.

hi arvind,
my friend i agree to you when you questioned the use of high
