Error %=(Actual value- counter value/counter value)100
Actual valuve is the referance got from Weighbridge
Counter valuve is the value from weighfeeder.

(i.e.weighbridge weight)/ (TUC (i.e.weighfeeder weight)*
SET TPH * 100 / highest capacity of the weighfeeder

i have used level transmitter in starch cooking preparation tank. tank total height 2mtr.sometime LT display shows some error value when tank is fully empty and diaphragm side i already checked okay no problem in diaphragm area. field cable checked 24volt and mA shows correct value while tank empty mA is 4mA. 4mA i needed that 0% but display showing 10% or 15% percentage values are varying continously please give any good solution for me.....

There are two chlorination tonners both are connected to two pressure swithes and the pressure switch is connected to SOV which operates the valve to changeover the tonner selection i.e if pressure one tonner goes low the other tonner should come in line if it is inautomatic selection design a circuit using relays ?
