why we did not get shock by touching +ve OR -ve busbar

Clearly in Rectifier-transformer o/p is DC and then its
supplied to busbars according to dc circuit there is no flux
and also no need to earth also when u touch +ve or -ve
seperately no shock but if u touch both in time sure to get
shock i.e closed path.

u will feel shock if supply found earth circuit will complete if it will not find earth only then u will not feel shock

If neither the +ive nor the -ive terminal is connected to
earth, there is no reason for u to get electrical shock.
