There is no specified value of leakage current,Normally it
depends on how much load is connected.Normally it is in
milliamps.For example : In 11kV SWGR we highpot with 20bays
(indoor SWGR)we can get around 20 to 30 mAmps...

Cable: -

for cables normally we can get around very low Milliamps...

3 mA for 11 kv for my sites,and really it is possible in 3c240 xlpe/pilc joints(new ,short distance).
3c240 pilc possible with 8mA max(length and old)
dry country with under ground system.
no rain at all..(no effects from water,but may from see)

Please tell me if you are electrical engineer,and you are appointed for the maintainance of Electrical Power plant,then which parts of the plant deal with you.Also tell how these parts/components work.
