because this jelly (small rocks) is having the vibrating
action during the transformer working in condition.this
will creating some warning alarm to snakes. and this way we
are avoiding the disturbance from snakes.then only we are
poured these jelly around the transformers.

Because the sound came from trafo attracts snakes.and the
rocks make scratch on the snake,so to avoid snakes near
trafo we put it all around.
