1)if we given dc supply to ac motors there will not any induced EMF in rotor unit so there only available magnetic field not rotating magnetic field if we continues given that winding will damage..
2)if we given AC to DC motors armature and stator magnetic got to magnet lock.. so there is create rotational torque

why middle phase should used for earth fault and other phases used for over current in overcurrent and earth fault relay?
