How to check percentage of bulkage of sand in RCC?

first we can weight sample of sand then we can take it to
SSd condition then we calculate moisture and if moisture is
6 % then bulkage will 30 % so we can put 6% less water and
30% execss sand after correction.if moisture will exess to
6 % then we will take less water equal to moisture and sand
will not exceed.

Bulkage of sand is used to determine the change in volume of sand when doing volume batching, when moisture is there in sand upto a limit the volume will increase then after saturation the volume will decrease so in volume batching if sand is having moisture the volume will be shown high than the actual and it can make the mix to segregation due to less Fine Aggregates

my question ... first we check and give moisture correction.
this is ok. in that same time why we have required of
bulkage of sand..?
bulkage of sand: we have using only volumetric based place
not in weighement location.

By proctor test we can find dry density,and water content by any mtd like cal. Carbide then by using formula we can find bulk density
