You can talk about,,,
1) The TestCases you prepared for the SUT. How you covered
all the fuctionalities using those TestCases.Which also a
part of QA.
2) The number of Bug's you have found in that SUT using
your TC's and How you make the devolper's to sit and fix
the Bug's....

you can tell, if you faced situation like.....
when you found the defect in gold regression testing, but
the defect was serious and can found in initial testing
level(No time to fix and release the software normally).
At the same time you provided simple solution to fix that
defect and its helpful to release the software on time

I have 2+ experience in manual testing but I can not use any bug tracking tool. I use excel sheet & mail that sheet to developer now I wan to change company is there any effect.
What r the domain for pharma, interview if they ask about phrma application, what need to tell, is there anybody have screens or any information please tell me and if have URL let me know please.
