Can Induction motor run at over rated speed? ( 15oo rpm is
rated speed for 50HZ. is it possible to ride 3000 RPM with
same motor with the help of VVVFD for continues ride of
100HZ)

yes, we can run the IM above the 1500 RPM with variable
freqency device keeping the voltage constant at above the
rated voltage.but the life span of the motor may get
effected.

Dear How is it possible, Because the company give the rated
speed to that motor is 1500RPM. If we increase the speed to
3000RPM WRT VVVF, that speed should affect it's whole life,
means gradually damaged the motor's bearing, windings
thanks
