will happened with it's breaker? Trip / remain the same
condition?

The Motor will surely trip becaue by the sensing of under
voltage relay, it will give the trip command to the
breaker. once the breaker trip motor also trip. well in
cause of a small Voltage dip motor may not be trip. because
it's related to the setting of undervoltage relay.
somewhere it is set 2 second ( as per company's requirment)
if the power failure is more than set time of undervoltage
relay, motor trip
