2 6373I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? 1 11359ihve got a shengen visa from austrian emabassy for eight days but i overstayed three months but the austrian authorities didnt stamp anything on my passport not even the departure stamp when i arrive to mumbai even they also havnt stamped on my passport not even the arrival.can i use this passport for another shengen visa or u.s visa.

2 27735Hi all, I attended for an interview on 3rd of Nov. They have asked very few questions abt Current employer , Experience and my previous US Visit. But somehow they were not confident abt US company. They have asked to come again with IT returns ,Unemployement wage report,Employee list of the US company on any working day to the Consulate. My US employer is ready to give those Doc. and they are genuine Documents. Can anybody had same exp. and what was the final outcome? Thanks in advance.

My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008. After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1 blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week. Could anyone share any information that would help me to give my best in the coming interview??
