I am a Computer science and Engineering undergraduate.I have 3.6 yrs of working experience in one of the IT company in India.I lost my parents.I would like to pursue MBA in USA.My brother-in-law will sponsor for my higher studies.Will this affect getting F1 visa?Please guide me.
I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense, the money was removed from the account by the consultancy people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. Is there any possibility of getting visa now ? How should I defend myself if visa officer says mine r fake documents again ?

Hi, I am applying for US Student Visa for MS Computer Science. Here is my Score and Academic Detail GRE => 980 (Q=680, V=300) TOEFL => 65 GPA => 3.4 Now my question is that - 1. Can i get admission in any middle level Uni. with above score and GPA? 2. If i get admission then can i get visa with above score and GPA Note: I have currently i am doing job and i have 2.5 year experience as a Software Enggi. hi all. i got admission in trivaley univ ,i had written ielts ,and i am appearing to interview on 21st without gre,already the classes had been started from sep 7th ,but i got extension upto oct6th,how can i overcome tthese to get visa ,,kindlt suggest some answers

Hello,I'm going to take my interview on August in order to take have my master in Business Administration.First I didn't take my TOEFL Since i don't have much time for it,and I was also told that it doesn't matter if I got it or not.Secondly,My sponsor is the father of my sister hasband;in fact he has a lot of money cuz he owns a Company.I want to know if this will affect my chances of gaining my VISA.Thanx in advance.
