2372I had applied for MBA at a renowned German Business school and consequently have recieved an offer. I have a small doubt regarding my IELTS score validity. I had taken up IELTS on 20-Dec-2008 and scored a 7.5 overall.I had applied to the University on 20-Dec-2010. Can I apply for the german visa with this score? Will it a cause for rejection ?
2343I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.

2525Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa. Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the visa consoler. My company is making arrangement to send me for second interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt, passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach that plan document while giving the passport and other documents to the consoler?

This time VO ask me question, but I gave answer wrong, so she repeted again, & I corrected my answer.VO'S 2nd question was which course? 3rd question was Why this univ.? 4th question was, Have u referred any other univ.? Actually my problem is, I have apply only one university. So i gave answer, that, no I didn't apply any other univ. this one was the first one & i got the acceptance with the same, After that i explained her that, one of my friend here in India, his husband is studying in this univ., & he also recommennd this univ to me, after that I have serched this univ thro' the net. My visa was rejected. I ask VO, what is the reason 4 my visa denied, he just smile & ans me read it this letter.PLZ ans me what sd I do? shoud I apply again in March or not?

The university pays their student to study for the summer as they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1? I have 2 police clearance certificates(PCC),one from local city & other from passport visa office(have stemped on passport for PCC upto 15 october2010)but my interview date is on 13 october2010 in new Delhi.my local PCC has enough period but my PCC of passport visa office will be expire after 2 days of my interview.Sir, please tell me that will the embessy take any action against it or not? will they give me vissa for U.S.A ? or i would have to renew my PCC. As i have done masters some univ waive my GRE, even though i have given GRE for which my score was low 830. My TOEFL score is 83.I have first class with distinction in graduation and first class in MCA.I have received I-20 from 1 univ, will the GRE score bother me at the time of visa interview?And which Questions would i prepare for before going to the interview?
