My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help

I have 2 police clearance certificates(PCC),one from local city & other from passport visa office(have stemped on passport for PCC upto 15 october2010)but my interview date is on 13 october2010 in new Delhi.my local PCC has enough period but my PCC of passport visa office will be expire after 2 days of my interview.Sir, please tell me that will the embessy take any action against it or not? will they give me vissa for U.S.A ? or i would have to renew my PCC. Hi, I'm a retail professional from Mumbai and worked with a few corporates in the past. At present I have taken a break from work, and undertaken a study programme in a related field in a college in Bangalore. I wish to attend a trade fair in Germany that is related to my field of work. My questions are: Can I apply for a Schengen visa from Bangalore, although I am a resident of mumbai? If yes, what documentation do I need to show that I am in Bangalore for the duration of 1 year of study. 2) Can I get a waiver on the visa fee as a student who is travelling on personal cost.
