Potential Diff b/w 2point is called Voltage,the flow of
electron is called Current where it flow from High potential
to Low potential.
Simply says, Voltage is "Pressure" i,e.,Potential Difference
and Current is "Flow" i,e.,Flow of electrons.

volage is a phenomenon & current is a effect of that
phenomenon.current is flow due to volage but volage is not
due to current. if circuit is open then current is zero in
that circuit but voltage is not zero.

We Can Measure Current in single phase,but For measuring
voltage 2 Phase are required(1 may neutral)
